Her experience in education spans 30 years, as a teacher and an administrator for grades pre-kindergarten through high school. She has also reviewed federal grants for both the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services. This provides an opportunity to become aware of other grant projects and to improve her grant-writing craft. Conducting formal evaluations also aids in planning future projects and writing proposals.
